There are many reasons why you need to quit. It might be that you are spending a lot of money on it and you do not like that. Maybe you are sick of the anxiety of “did I forget to hide something?” every time you have a visitor. Of course your health can be a very good reason by its own. For me a combination of all the above made me take the decision to finally quit for good.
Once I succeeded, I realised something. After smoking for so many years, I had the belief that getting stoned was the happy moment of my day. However, I found out that being clean has it own happy moments that I missed for many years. When you wake up full of energy and a clear mind after years of weed symptoms and behaviours, you will know what I am talking about.
My health is getting better every day and my social life is taking off. You will not understand this fully until you experience it yourself, especially if you are smoking for many years like i was. Having not to pay a dime for this improvement makes me even happier. Why most people fail then? I know it is hard, but this is not the reason. Most people fail because they are doing it in the WRONG way. The decision and the mindset is important, but not enough. A recent study proved that weed itself is getting stronger, the THC content has doubled in the last 5 years. That’s why it is so hard to quit.
How I did it, you ask? You have to help your system to get rid of the THC faster than your craving to increase your chances of success. You need to use a detox similar to the one I have used, and THIS is the right way to do it.
